Every listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live. We check for prohibited items, obvious fakes, misleading descriptions and policy violations.
All negotiation happens through our secure inbox. This creates a timestamped record of every agreement made between buyer and seller.
Any listing or user can be reported. We investigate every report and take action — from listing removal to permanent account suspension.
Sellers who have completed 10+ transactions can earn a Verified badge. This signals a track record of successful deals within the community.
After every transaction, buyers can leave a public review. A seller's reputation is visible to everyone — check it before you buy.
All sellers must agree to our Seller Guidelines. Selling fakes, misdescribed items or prohibited goods is a bannable offence.
